Management Pragmatics reflects over 40 years of experience and findings from leadership, management, sales, engineering, service and many other subjects in Dutch, Italian, American and Japanese companies delivering automation solutions to many and major international customers. The first booklet was handed out at the occasion of my retirement. The comments and advice have been implemented in this latest edition. The aim is to grasp and understand the core of the various management subjects and describe them in haikus. The experience and findings are applicable to a wide variety of companies, including non-profit sectors.
